How do I exchange/return?

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for the same item. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. If you wish to exchange for a different product, this would be processed as a return. 

What if my size is no longer in stock?

If your size is no longer in stock, the exchange will be processed as a return for store credit.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. Please hold on to your tracking number, we cannot confirm receipt without this information or provide an exchange/return should your package be lost. 

How soon will I get my credit?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your credit request. If approved, the credit request will be processed within 5 - 10 working days after receipt of your return.
